Matchbox - Scented Candle

We decided to collaborate with one of Seoul's hottest designers: Hakmin Lee. His Paw furniture series is inspired by subculture such as art toy and cartoons, and attempts to combine with furniture and daily objects. Paw shape is based on his original cat figure.

The shape of the candle is inspired by Lee's Paw furniture series, based on pop culture and cartoons, where animals play a starring role. A cat figure as hero, its paw declined first as a stool, a pot and now as a candle: a perfect match for Floraïku Paris's iconic Yokai, with its mischievous cat appearing inside our bento boxes. Even the color, a bright orange, refers to Floraïku Paris's emblematic color.
